We own 80 acres that borders a 10,000 acre wildlife area along a federal lake in Kansas. Our farm has the only cropland within over a mile. Whitetails and turkey flock to our fields from the surrounding timberland and marshes. Due to the irregular boundaries created when the lake area was designed our small farm borders over 1 mile of this wildlife heaven.Also it's on a dead-end country road. A rustic cabin w/loft sits on the property next to a spring-fed pond and is surrounded by tall,native grasses and beautiful wildflowers.
A seasonal or annual lease is available for cash or trade(4wd vehicles,guns,hunts,college scholarships and warm weather trips are all considered).
